Lemak cili padi

Hari ni saya terigin nak makan lemak cili padi.

Here's my express method....hehe




You need:

3-4 serai -bruised
10-12 cili padi - tumbuk
asam keping
kunyit serbuk
daun laimau purut(kafir)

1 ekor ayam
potatoes and carrote
Pkt santan

1.Tumis rempah di atas dgn 2 sudu minyak.

2. Masukkan ayam dan 1 cawan air dan 1 pkt santan

3.Add potatoes and carrot and salt to taste.

4.Masak hingga ayam,potatoes dan carrot empok.

Serunding

Serunding to go with sayur lodeh and lontong di pagi raya.
Membuat serunding kena sabar ye untuk mengoreng nya sebab mengambil masa yg panjang dgn api yg very very small kalau tak nampak lah hangus/hangit nanti:)



Ini serunding yg saya buat masa raya haji yg lepas.

Saya gunakan grated coconut yg bolih di beli di mana supermart skg masa nak raya ni kalau nak beli kelapa parut di pasar kena beratur panjang.

ingredients for grinding.

2 bawang besar
5-6 bawang puteh
3-4 serai
1 inchi lengkuas
2sudumkn udang kering
2 sudumkn ketumbar/jintan
1inchi blacan
satu kechil serbuk kunyit
2 sudumkn cili boh

2 packet grated coconut
asam jawa
daun kunyit/limau

1.Gaulkan barang2 yg di grind dgn kelapa parut
2.asam jawa di perah dgn air dan campur dgn adunan dia atas.
3.Garam dan gula ikut rasa masing2

Panaskan minyak dan goreng kan kelapa tadi dgn api yg sederhana sambil di mayang selalu takut hangus di bawah.
Daun kunyit/limau bolih di campur sekali.
Bila kelapa dah ringgan sedikit kechilkan api dan jgn lupa mayangkan hingga menjadi serunding.

Sayur lodeh

Khas untuk masak masa raya nanti.



Sayur lodeh untuk di makan dgn lontong di pagi raya.

Cabbage
carrots
long beans.
semua di hiris
sayur nangka muda - di rebus dahulu.
tofu cut into triangle and fried.
Ingredients.

1-2 big onions..sliced
4-5 garlic sliced
2-3 serai sliced thinly
red cili sliced.
3 tablespoon dired prawns soaked and blend finely.
1 tablespoon cili boh.
3-4 helai daun salam


1. Heat 4 tablespoon oil and tumis all sliced ingredients and dired prawns.
2.Add some santan and carrots.
3.When pecah minyak add 1 packet of santan with 2 glasses of water.
4.Add in the cooked sayur nangka muda,long beans.
5.Also the fried tofu and lastly the cabbage.
6.Salt to taste.

Babat goreng

Babat mmg banyak org tak makan ... takut bau nya...actually not at all.
I learn to eat babat when I was young and have always love it.
The last time I had it must more than 10 yrs ago:) somehow last sunday I saw it at the market and whats more its clean and ready to eat and I bought a pack for $3.50.


Babat to potong kechil2.
Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan bawang besar di potong bulat dgn chili merah dan hijau dan sedikit halia di potong halus.
Bila bawang dah beresap layu sedikit masukkan 1 sudu besar kicap manis.
Garam secukup rasa.
Senang kan?


Mee goreng .....

Mee goreng kak elle style is simple and easy .... I guess same as everyone's else.




1kg egg noodle(mee kuning)
bean sprout as desired.
Prawns 1/2 kg
baby tomatoes

1 big onion(sliced)
3 garlics sliced
2 tablespoon cili paste
2 tablespoon tomato paste.

1.Heat up 3 tablespoon of oil and fry the onions and garlic.
2.Add in the cili paste and tomato paste till fragrant.
3.Stir in the prawns till cook and beansprout.
4.Add the noodle and mixed well.
5.Salt to taste.
6.Garnish with spring onion/parsley and fried shallot.
