Enjoy till my next dish................

Tomato fried rice

Tomato fried rice is simple and easy to do .... I invented this fried rice last week and I find it very nice indeed and thats the reason I dare to put the recipe here so you too can try and see how tasty as its different from our usual fried rice may it be nasi goreng kampong or chinese fried rice. The only similarity in taste I think maybe almost the same as indian fried rice!!!

You will need leftover rice as I think it will taste better than newly cooked rice.

1. 3-4 shallots - sliced.
2. 2 garlics - crushed.
3. 1-2 tablespoon cili boh.
4. 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup.

Tumis the above ingredients sampai pecah minyak.
Add in prawns and mixed vege.
Stir well till prawns cook then add salt to taste.
Toss the rice in and stir well.
Garnish with fried shallots and spring onions.

Easy rite?Go give it try and let me know of outcome.

Sambal ikan pari

Ikan pari goreng sambal simple to cook.

You need stingray in big pieces and for today I had 4 of them.

Ingerdients to blend.

10 red chilis
6 garlics
1 inch blacan

Blend the ingredients as for me I do not remove the seed as the seed is good for your system.

A.
1. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil.
2. Tumis the blended ingredients till fragrant.
3. Add salt to taste and squeezed 3-4 limes.
4. Cooked till the sambal thicken and put aside.

B.
In another non stick frying pan cook the stingray with a bit of oil turning
them every few minutes till cooked or you can grill them in the oven.

When done pour the cooked sambal over it.
To be eaten with hot rice.
