Sayur lodeh

Khas untuk masak masa raya nanti.



Sayur lodeh untuk di makan dgn lontong di pagi raya.

Cabbage
carrots
long beans.
semua di hiris
sayur nangka muda - di rebus dahulu.
tofu cut into triangle and fried.
Ingredients.

1-2 big onions..sliced
4-5 garlic sliced
2-3 serai sliced thinly
red cili sliced.
3 tablespoon dired prawns soaked and blend finely.
1 tablespoon cili boh.
3-4 helai daun salam


1. Heat 4 tablespoon oil and tumis all sliced ingredients and dired prawns.
2.Add some santan and carrots.
3.When pecah minyak add 1 packet of santan with 2 glasses of water.
4.Add in the cooked sayur nangka muda,long beans.
5.Also the fried tofu and lastly the cabbage.
6.Salt to taste.

Kak Elle,

I tak pernah buat sayur lodeh ni tau..teringin nak buat tapi tengok recipe2 yg lain, ingredients yg digunakan banyak sangat..tak terhabis kita 2 org ja nak makan...

This recipe is ok for me tak banyak sgt ingredients so I plan to cook this version of sayur lodeh during Hari Raya nanti :-) Thanx Kak Elle for the recipe!

Lina ... you are welcome to try ni my speciality tau:)make sure your santan must be thick to give that uuuummmpppphhhhhhhh.

cikMilah orang utara memang tak reti buat sayur lodeh, tapi suuuukaa makan. Masa Puasa 6 minggu lalu , cik Milah buat ikut resepi akak ni..ikut 100%, MasyaALLAH, sedapnya membelai tekak - sesuai selera cikMilah anak beranak.Dah try bbrp resepi, tapi Kak Elle punya is the best. I will keep this recipi. Thanks alot & salam perkenalan fr yr silent reader.
